Tanja Krnjaić – Udruga Avyakta
Tanja Oriental dance artist, teacher, designer of costumes & clothes
Gotovo cijeli život sam posvetila istraživanju umjetničkog pokreta i izražavanju kroz nj sukladno vlastitim fizičkim i mentalno / emocionalnim mogućnostima što me dovelo do prolaska kroz razne vrste plesova i tehnike kroz Plesni pokret. Osnivanjem vlastite Udruge Lux – kasnije izmijenjeno u Avyakta; umjetnost pokreta, posljednje 4 godine nastavljam samostalni put daljnje edukacije i istraživanja sveg bogatstva i naravno mogućnosti kao takve.

Almost all my life I have dedicated to research the art movement and expression through it according to my own physical and mental / emotional possibilities which led me to pass through the various types of dances and techniques through dance movements. Passing through rhythmic gymnastics (4 – 7 years) was a kind of my “entry” into dance movement but due to an injury of right ankle this “Expedition” was quickly ended. Despite many years of fighting with the ban on any sporting activities I was able to “push” my own and start with Latino – American and Standard dances in the dance club D & D in Osijek, which lasted for about 8 years. Reaching the age of majority and moving to Zagreb I accidentally discovered a martial art disguised by dance moves and enrolled in school of Capoiera “Filhos de Bimba – Croatia”, but the challenge was soon finished by the first encounter and my own sort of brand new discovery of the world of Egyptian Oriental dance – in the bar where I worked as a waitress. Since then I learned my first Oriental dance moves among the first students in the newly founded School of Oriental dance “Bastet”, led by Tanja Kusan – Miric. Traveled and participated in various educational workshops and group performances. I do not even have to mention how much I started to love this whole completely rich world of dance, so after 4-5 years of dance at the school and two years of keeping the new dance groups, I did not give up dancing after leaving dance school. By establishing my own Association “Lux” – later amended in “Avyakta; art of movement”, the last 4 years I continue on independent way of my further education and researching all wealth and natural features as such.
